ただし、北海道、青森、岩手、秋田、中国地方、四国、九州、沖縄、離島は２日かかります。

全て佐川急便のクール便（1,200円）にて発送いたします。12,500円以上送料無料となります。

返品について:
お届けした商品に不備・不足・破損があった場合、すぐに弊社までご連絡下さい。また、返品の場合はお手数ですが着払いにて弊社までお送り下さい。確認の上、至急対応させて頂きます。

Orders:
Orders received by 12:00 pm Monday-Friday will be delivered the next day. However, Hokkaido, Aomori, Iwate, Akita, Chuugoku area, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa and all islands will require two days for delivery.

All orders will be shipped via Sagawa Cool Shipping (1,200 yen) Free shipping over 12,500 yen.

Returns:
Once your item arrives please check to make sure your order is correct. If there is any discrepancy or quality issues please contact us immediately and we will issue you a refund or exchange the item at your convenience. In the case of returns please send the defective item back to us COD. All of our products and services are 100% guaranteed.
